Brainstorming
I began this project by exploring how patients could access Dr. Choi’s website in a way that felt intuitive, welcoming, and trustworthy. The primary goals were to strengthen patient trust and streamline access to essential resources, such as new patient forms. During the brainstorming phase, I mapped out user needs, identified potential constraints and challenges, and evaluated scenarios that could impact the effectiveness of proposed solutions. This process helped shape a more thoughtful and efficient workflow focused on improving the overall patient experience.
Wireframing
Next, I developed wireframes to establish the foundational layout and user navigation for each page of the project. The wireframes focused on organizing content in a clear, intuitive way so information could be easily understood and navigated by users. I also included detailed annotations outlining the functionality and purpose of key interface elements, helping guide the overall user experience and design direction throughout the project.
High Fidelity Prototype
Finally, I developed a high-fidelity prototype intended for implementation on Dr. Choi’s website. The design aligned with his office’s futuristic and minimal aesthetic, creating a modern and trustworthy experience for patients. I focused on presenting his services clearly while also highlighting patient testimonials to reinforce credibility, improve engagement, and support a seamless user experience.
