Elie Choi is a self-taught freelance digital illustrator and self-published webtoon creator with over 10 years of experience. A graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park, with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, she combines her passion for storytelling, art, and technology to create visually compelling and meaningful work. Driven by curiosity and creativity, Elie is always eager to learn new programs, expand her skill set, and adapt to evolving tools and creative environments.
